Grant Review Process
All applications will first be reviewed for completeness. If incomplete the applicant will be asked to submit the missing information and materials. When the application is complete the organization's grant request will be scheduled for Trustee review.
If needed an applicant may be contacted to arrange a site visit or Zoom conference. It is also possible that the Foundation will make use of e-mail to initiate with the applicant an e-mail conversation regarding the proposal. Not all applications require site visits or other contacts.
Grant proposals are accepted or rejected at one of the four yearly meetings of the Amelia Peabody Foundation Trustees. Following these meetings grant applicants will receive notification of the decision of the Trustees via email usually within three months of the application deadline. If we are not able to fund your proposal, we do wish you all success with your project.
